Classic Tartar Sauce
Serve it on fish or use it as a french fry dip. This is a super simple dip. Some people add capers and scallions, but this is the base of it all.
Cooking for One or Two
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated dill pickle
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Grate dill pickle. Mix mayonnaise, pickle and lemon juice in a small bowl. Serve chilled on warm fish.
Refrigerate leftovers promptly.
